Flodesk Launches its Deliverability Center to Become the Leading Platform for Email Deliverability
PR Newswire
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 13, 2026
Every Flodesk member will get a complete view of domain authentication, inbox provider compliance, and audience health, with the tools to act on each, all in one place.
SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Flodesk, the email marketing and e-commerce platform used by more than 100,000 small businesses and creators, today announced a platform-wide commitment to the best email deliverability in the industry. The first step is the Deliverability Center, available now for every Flodesk member.

Email deliverability is whether a message reaches the inbox, lands in spam, or is rejected before it arrives. Gmail, Yahoo, Apple, Outlook, and other inbox providers make that decision for every email based on three signals: whether the sender’s domain is authenticated, whether the sender meets each provider’s requirements, and how recipients engage with what they receive. For a small business, an email that never reaches the inbox is a booking, a sale, or a relationship that never happened.
Flodesk has long managed deliverability behind the scenes, and the results show it. Across more than 14 billion emails sent by Flodesk members and analyzed for the company’s 2026 Email Marketing Trends Report, the spam complaint rate was 0.01 percent. Google asks bulk senders to stay below 0.30 percent and recommends under 0.10 percent. The Center brings that work to the surface. It puts the data in members’ hands as sending requirements keep changing, so they can see shifts as they happen and act on them right away.
“Large companies have had deliverability specialists and tooling for years. A creator or solopreneur has never had access to any of that, and they’re the ones who can least afford to lose an email to a spam folder,” said Rebecca Shostak, co-founder and CEO of Flodesk. “Email is a direct line to customers, and that line only works if the message gets through.”
What’s inside the Deliverability Center
Domain authentication. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are the DNS records that prove to inbox providers a sender is who they say they are. The Deliverability Center shows the status of each record with a clear next step if anything needs fixing. Members sending from a free email address will see that too, along with what they would gain by moving to a custom domain.
Compliance checklist. Inbox providers keep a growing list of requirements for senders. Flodesk handles many of them automatically, and the checklist shows members which requirements are already covered on their behalf, with no action needed.
Audience health. Each list is broken down by engagement into four groups: healthy, drifting, at-risk, and unengaged. Repeatedly sending to people who have stopped engaging lowers a sender’s reputation with every inbox provider, so knowing where a list stands is the first step to protecting it.
List cleaning. Members can choose how deep to go: a light scrub, a standard clean, or a deep clean, then revise their list in one click. Cleaning archives subscribers rather than deleting them, and any archived subscriber can be restored at any time.
List warming. For members who are new to Flodesk or returning to a list that has gone quiet, the Deliverability Center creates warming segments sized to the list, adds them directly to the audience, and provides a four-step sending plan at a cadence the member chooses: fast, moderate, or slow.
“Inbox placement comes down to authentication, compliance, and engagement, and every one of those is measurable,” said Kendrick Wang, product manager for deliverability at Flodesk. “Flodesk already handles a large share of those requirements behind the scenes, but the Deliverability Center gives members complete visibility and a level of precision, control, and personalized recommendation that’s truly an industry first.”
What comes next
The Deliverability Center is the first release that’s part of an ongoing deliverability roadmap. Planned additions include complaint rate reporting, so members can see when subscribers mark emails as spam; a bounce overview with a breakdown of why emails bounce; and mailbox performance, showing how emails land provider by provider. New sections will appear in the Deliverability Center as each one is released.
Availability
The Deliverability Center is available today in the main navigation of every Flodesk account.
