The appointment strengthens Partner’s valuation leadership and client service capabilities in the San Francisco Bay Area and nationally 

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Partner Valuation Advisors (Partner) is pleased to welcome Justin J. Eichman, MAI, as Managing Director in the San Francisco Bay Area. Justin brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, extensive valuation expertise across a wide range of asset classes, and a proven record of leading national appraisal teams. 

Throughout his career, Justin has completed thousands of appraisal assignments nationwide and spent more than 15 years managing national commercial real estate valuation teams. His experience includes supervising and reviewing appraisal assignments, expanding national teams, and overseeing commercial appraisal operations. 

Justin also brings a broad perspective beyond traditional valuation. He previously served as a Director of Mortgage Banking with Gantry, where he sourced and placed commercial real estate debt, and as a Principal with a private commercial real estate debt fund focused on originations and underwriting new investment opportunities. 

Prior to joining Partner, Justin served as Managing Director of Valuation with a national valuation firm, managing commercial real estate valuation teams throughout the United States.

Justin holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance and a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He is a designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a Certified General Appraiser in California and Oregon.
